Stir-fried Spaghetti and Chicken

Spaghetti 120 g
Minced chicken 120 g
Canned whole kernel corn 90 g
Green peas 50 g
Carrot (s) 50 g [diced]
Pistachios 1 tbspshelled, roughly chopped


Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.  Drain.
  2. Mix chicken with marinade.
  3. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add kernel corn, green peas, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in spaghetti, sauce mix and heat through.  Sprinkle with pistachios.
