Ingredients

filete de res 250 grammes [12 thin slices]
espárragos 90 grammes [cut into 12 strips]
bebé Elote / choclo 75 grammes [cut into 12 strips]
pimiento morrón 1/2 pc [cut into 12 strips]


Marinade

Chicken Marinade 2 cuillères à soupe
Pure Sesame Oil 1 cuillère à café
Pimienta to taste
Chicken Marinade 3 cuillères à soupe
Water 1 cuillères à soupe
Cooking Wine 1 cuillère à café
Sugar 1 cuillère à café
Corn starch 1/4 cuillère à café


Produce
  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Blanch asparagus and baby corn in boiling water.  Drain.
  3. Arrange asparagus, baby corn and bell pepper on beef slices and roll up.
  4. Pan-fry beef rolls in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Put on a serving plate.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil.  Add sauce mix, heat through and pour over beef rolls.
