baby spinach 1 livre
olive oil 2 cuillères à soupe
button mushrooms 4 onces, removed ends
pork tenderloin 1 livre , cut into 1 inch cubes
red bell pepper 2 onces, cut into 1 inch cubes
sugar 1 cuillère à café
rice pilaf 4 tassecooked according to direction
fresh pineapple 4 oncesor canned, cut into 1" cubes
skewers 4 pcs [ soaked in water ]
cooking oil 2 cuillères à soupe


Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 4 cuillères à soupe

Premium Soy Sauce 2 cuillère à café
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 cuillère à café


1.  Sautee spinach with 2 Tbsp cooking oil. Drizzle with Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce. Cook mixture until spinach is cooked. Keep warm and set aside. 
2.  In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, 1 tsp. Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (Premium Oyster Sauce mixture). 
3.  Marinate pork with premium oyster sauce mixture for 30 minutes.
4.  Thread meat, vegetables and fruit on a skewer alternately. Grill pork kabobs until fully cooked. 
5.  Serve with rice pilaf and baby spinach.
