STIR-FRIED RICE WITH FINE SHRIMP SAUCE

Ingredients

arroz cocido 150 grammes [about 1 cup]
carne de pollo 50 grammes [diced]
pimiento morrón 50 grammes [diced]
Fried silver fish 1 cuillères à soupe
huevos 1 pc [beaten]
cebollas verdes [shredded for topping]
Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground) 1 cuillères à soupe


Produce
  1. Saute Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce in 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add bell pepper, cooked rice and stir well until heated through. Stir in fried silver fish.
  2. Pan-fry the egg into a thin egg sheet. Put on a serving plate. Put fried rice on one side of the egg sheet. Fold egg sheet to cover the rice. Sprinkle with shredded green onion.
