olive oil 2 cuillères à soupe
sour cream 4 onces
Pepper 1 pinch [, to taste ]
Papa (es) 2 whole [, washed, cut into 1/3 in. pcs]
Salt 1/2 cuillère à café
cilantro 2 cuillères à soupe, chopped
Jugo de limón 2 cuillère à café


Marinade

Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 cuillères à soupe
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 cuillères à soupe
Sauce Hoisin 2 cuillères à soupe


Produce
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cilantro and Lee Kum Kee™ Hoisin Sauce (hoisin flavored sour cream). Mix well and refrigerate.
2. In a tray, toss potatoes with olive oil, Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce.
3. Place potatoes on grill and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4. Serve with hoisin flavored sour cream.
