Ingredients

bok choy 8 onces [, removed ends, cut in half ]
olive oil 4 cuillères à soupe
Chuleta de cerdo (s) 2 pcs [, boneless ]
red potatoes 2 whole [, washed, cut into rounds]
hot water 1 onces
white corn 3 pcs [, removed husk, cut in half ]


Produce
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee™ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, Lee Kum Kee™ Chili Garlic Sauce and pork chops. Marinate for 2 hours. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bok choy, potatoes and corn. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Toss until vegetables are coated.
3. Grill pork chop and vegetables to perfection.
4. Microwave remaining sauce with 1 oz. hot water until hot.
5. Drizzle sauce over grilled vegetables and pork chop.
