Pan-Fried Noodles with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

zucchini 4 ounces [, julienne]
carrots 2 ounces [, julienne]
squash 4 ounces [, julienne]
shitake mushrooms 4 ounces [, sliced]
chow mein noodles 8 ounces
sugar 1 Tablespoon
salt and pepper 1 pinch [, to taste]
water 3 Tablespoons
cooking oil 5 Tablespoons
beef tri tip 8 ounces [, cut into thin strips]
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Hoisin Sauce 2 Tablespoons


Produce
  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to direction.
  2. In a heated non-stick skillet pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil to pan. Fry chow mein noodles until brown and crisp.
  3. Stir-fry beef with 2 tablespoons oil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and sugar. Stir the mixture until coated with sauce for 2 minutes. Add water, cook until heated through. Pour over pan fried noodles.
