Philly Steak with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

provolone cheese 4 slices
onion 1 whole [, thinly sliced]
cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
top sirloin steak 1 pound [, thinly cut]
french rolls 4 pieces
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Hoisin Sauce 3 Tablespoons
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 Tablespoon


Produce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 2tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil. Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes.
  2. Sautee onions with 2tbsp oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion.
  5. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
