Pork Lettuce Wrap with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

carrot 6 ounces [, diced, , cut into small pieces]
lettuce 1 head [, cleaned, , leaves separated]
button mushrooms 4 ounces [, cut into small pieces]
ground pork 8 ounces
black pepper 1 pinch [, for taste]
rice sticks 2 ounces [, deep fried, , drained]
onion 4 ounces [, diced, , cut into small pieces]
cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
garlic 2 cloves [, minced]
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Hoisin Sauce 4 Tablespoons


Produce
  1. Cook ground pork with 2 tbsp oil until brown.
  2. Add carrots, onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through. Season with black pepper (pork mixture).
  4. Arrange lettuce in a plate. Pour over pork mixture.
  5. Garnish with fried rice stick. Serve with Hoisin Sauce.
