Pork Riblets with Honey Flavored Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

honey 1 Tablespoon
pork spare ribs 1 pound [, cut into 2-inch lengths]
cornstarch 1 teaspoon
cooked rice 1/2 cup
water 2 ounces
cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
ginger 1 teaspoon [, thinly sliced]
sherry 2 Tablespoons [, dry]
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 teaspoon
Black Bean Garlic Sauce 3 Tablespoons


Produce
  1. Dilute 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water (cornstarch mixture). Set aside.
  2. In a heated pan add oil, cook pork riblets until brown.
  3. Add ginger, dry sherry, Chili Garlic Sauce, water, honey and Black Bean Garlic Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in cornstarch mixture, stir well and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over steamed rice.
