Beef Rolls with Honeydew Melon

Ingredients

Minced pork 200 g
Chinese chive(s) 50 g [diced]
Dumpling wrappers 24 pcs
Diced green onion and sesame oil [for topping]


Marinade

Chili Black Bean Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Hot water 1 L


Directions
  1. Marinate minced pork. Stir in chives and divide the pork into 24 portions.
  2. Wrap the filling with wrappers and form into dumplings.
  3. Cook dumplings in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until done. Drain. Serve with stock and top with diced green onion and sesame oil.
