Casserole Rice with Chicken and Mushroom

Chicken meat 250 g [cut into pieces]
Chinese mushroom(s) 4 pcs [soaked, squeezed and halved]
Ginger (s) 2 slices
Rice 250 g
Water 350 g
Green onion(s) 1 pc [shredded]


Sesame Oil (Pure) 1/2 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

  1. Mix chicken, mushrooms and ginger with marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash rice and drain. Put rice in a casserole. Add water and cook until almost done.
  3. Put chicken, mushrooms and ginger on top of rice, cook until done.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and green onion. Serve hot.

      Note: The water amount is for reference. Adjust the amount to your personal taste.
