Chef Recommendation

Fish fillet 350 g [2 pcs]
Corn starch 6 tbsp [for dusting]
Peanuts [chopped, roasted, for topping]
Fresh vegetables [for serving]


Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground) 1 tbsp
Beaten egg 1/2 pc
Sugar 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp
Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground) 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Water 125 ml
Diced bell pepper 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 tsp

  1. Mix fish fillet with marinade.
  2. Bring dipping sauce to the boil. Set aside.
  3. Dust fish fillet with corn starch.  Pan-fry fish fillet in oil until golden yellow and done.  Put on a serving plate.  Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts. Serve with dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
