Squid (s) 250 g [cut into pieces]
Mussel (s) 8 pcs [meat]
Turnip(s) 250 g [1/2 pc, cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 90 g [cut into pieces]
Leek 50 g [sliced]
Chili 1 pc [red, sliced]


Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 2 tbsp
Chicken Boullion Powder 1 tsp
Water 500 ml

  1. Saute leek and red chili in 2 tbsp oil. Add squid, mussel meat and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add turnip, carrot and sauce mix. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until turnip is tender.
