Yam Bundles / Konnyaku Bundles 200 g1 packet, drained
Ham 75 g [shredded]
Crab-flavored stick(s) 5 pcs [torn into shreds]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 4 pcs [shredded]
Green peas 4 tbsp [defrosted]


White Vinegar 3 tbsp
Chiu Chow Chili Oil 2-3 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
White Pepper to taste
Chicken Boullion Powder 4 tsp
Hot Water 1 L

  1. Bring chicken stock to the boil.  Add all the ingredients and cook for about 3 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Stir in the seasoning mix and heat through.
