Stir-fried Rice with Fine Shrimp Sauce

Cooked rice 150 g [about 1 cup]
Chicken meat 50 g [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 50 g [diced]
Fried silver fish 1 tbsp
Egg (s) 1 pc [beaten]
Green onion(s) [shredded for topping]
Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground) 1 tbsp

  1. Saute Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce in 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add bell pepper, cooked rice and stir well until heated through. Stir in fried silver fish.
  2. Pan-fry the egg into a thin egg sheet. Put on a serving plate. Put fried rice on one side of the egg sheet. Fold egg sheet to cover the rice. Sprinkle with shredded green onion.
