Avocado Fish Wrap with Oyster Flavored Sauce

Ingredients

fish fillets or fish steaks 1 pound [, cut into logs of 2 x 4 inches]
avocado 1 whole [, peeled, seeded, cut into half inch thick pieces lengthwise]
romaine lettuce 4 pieces [, leaves, washed, drained, cut into long strips half-inch thick]
red bell pepper 1 small [, seeded, cut into strips]
green bell pepper 1 small [, seeded, cut into strips]
cornstarch 4 Tablespoons
cooking oil 2 ounces
tortillas 2 pieces [, flour, medium sized]
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tablespoons
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 Tablespoon


Produce
  1. Marinate fish with Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll fish fillets with cornstarch until fully covered.
  3. Sautee fish until golden brown on each side.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in microwave. Serve with fish, avocado, bell pepper and romaine lettuce.
