Beef Fried Rice with Oyster Flavored Sauce

peas and carrots 6 ounces
cooked rice 4 cups [, preferably one day old]
eggs 2 whole [, beaten]
cooking oil 4 Tablespoons
green onion 2 stalks [, chopped]
beef tri tip 8 ounces [, cut into think strips]
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tablespoons
Premium Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons

  1. Cook eggs with 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside.
  2. Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes, add the rice and mix well.
  3. Stir Premium Soy Sauce and Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well until rice is well coatedwith sauce.
  4. Add peas and carrots and green onion until heated through.
