Ginger Plum Chicken

Ingredients

carrots 1 ounce [, sliced]
vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
chicken 8 ounce [, cut into 2-3" slices]
green bell peppers 2 ounce [, cut into strips]
red bell peppers 2 ounce [, cut into strips]
onions 2 Tablespoon [green]
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 Tablespoon
Minced Ginger 1 ounce
Plum Sauce 3 Tablespoon


Produce
  1. Heat pan, add cooking oil, add ginger slices, chicken and Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, cook until half done.
  2. Stir in bell peppers, carrots, and Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce. Cook 30 seconds and add chopped green onions.
