Ingredients

shrimp 12 onces, deveined, shelled
mayonnaise 4 cuillères à soupe
black pepper 1 pinch [, for taste]
tempura mix 1 box [, mixed according to direction]
oil 6 onces, for cooking
Hawaiian buns 8 pcs


Marinade

Sauce Hoisin 1 cuillères à soupe


Produce

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. Mix well (Hoisin Sauce Mix). Refrigerate.
2. Season shrimp with black pepper.
3. Dip shrimp into tempura mix batter. Dust off excess.
4. Deep-fry shrimp in oil until golden brown. Serve in a bun with Hoisin Sauce Mix.
