zanahoria 2 onces [, julienne]
apio 4 onces [ , sliced into thin bias ]
yellow squash 4 onces, sliced
shitake mushrooms 4 onces, removed ends, sliced
pork tenderloin 8 onces, cut into thin strips
Espagueti 8 onces [, cooked accord. to directions]
hot water 2 onces
Oil 3 cuillères à soupe
cebollas verdes 3 stalks

1. Heat oil in pan on high heat. Place pork in pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in vegetables, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce. Mix well and cook mixture for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Add spaghetti and 2 oz. hot water. Toss mixture and cook until heated through.
