How to make it

  1. 先将小排骨切成条状,用李锦记特级鲜味生抽拌匀,腌制约15分钟后,用油将排骨炸全金黄色,取出,沥干油份。
  2. 热锅下油,先将姜葱蒜爆香,再加入李锦记排骨酱和蕃茄酱煸炒,蘸入料酒和加入水。将排骨排放入锅,再加入其余的材料。
  3. 先用大火煮沸,再转用小火慢煮约40分钟至排骨软绵,用生粉勾芡煮至汁液浓稠即可。
