How to make it

  1. 五花肉切块,用冷水氽烫,洗净沥干水份备用。
  2. 热锅下油1汤匙,煸炒五花肉,炒至五花肉微黄色(约7-10分钟),加入料酒,冰糖,八角,桂皮,葱,姜继续翻炒5分钟。加入三杯水和酱料。
  3. 大火烧开,改小火炖40分钟即可。
