How to make it

  1. 先将李锦记特级鲜味生抽、姜蓉、清水、白米酒和白砂糖拌匀至白砂糖完全溶化,将鸡腿肉原件泡入腌汁腌约2小时。
  2. 取出鸡腿肉滤干腌汁,放烤盘上,再放入预热华氏400°度的烤箱内烤约20分钟至金黄熟透,取出斩件上碟,淋上李锦记照烧淋酱洒上炒白芝麻。
  3. 西兰花氽沸水约2分钟作伴菜,配白饭伴食。
