How to make it

Mix Seasoning Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Marinate chicken wings 30 minutes.
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cooking oil, and water.  Add chicken wings and stir well to mix. Deep-fry wings until fully cooked.
Combine Seasoning Sauce with wings and stir well. Ready to serve.
