How to make it

  1. 先將小排骨切成條狀,用李錦記特級鮮味生抽拌勻,醃製約15分鐘後,用油將排骨炸全金黃色,取出,瀝乾油份。
  2. 熱鍋下油,先將薑蔥蒜爆香,再加入李錦記排骨醬和蕃茄醬煸炒,灒入料酒和加入水。將排骨排放入鍋,再加入其餘的材料。
  3. 先用大火煮沸,再轉用小火慢煮約40分鐘至排骨軟綿,用生粉勾芡煮至汁液濃稠即可。
