How to make it

  1. 起鍋熱油,爆香蔥,薑,蒜,乾紅辣椒,花椒。
  2. 放入蝦,牛肉片,魚丸,翻炒兩分鐘。
  3. 加入李錦記麻辣醬,李錦記味極鮮特級醬油,李錦記辣椒油,李錦記熊貓牌鮮味蠔油,翻炒均勻。
  4. 放入全部蔬菜,加水少許,繼續翻炒。 
  5. 待湯汁快收乾時,調入李錦記特級調味雞粉(不加味精),盛入鍋內,灑上熟芝麻,香菜即可。
