  1. 調勻薑蜜醬油材料, 備用。
  2. 吞拿先用青蔥粒、白芝麻和4湯匙薑蜜醬油拌勻。
  3. 將其餘材料先擺放在盤上,後將拌好的吞拿魚放上沙拉上,再淋上少許薑蜜醬油即成。
