How to make it

  1. 冷水煮牛腱,放入李錦記味極鮮特級醬油,李錦記特級老抽,蔥,薑,桂皮,八角,大火燒開後,用小火燜2小時,煮到1.5小時放鹽調味,煮熟後切塊備用。
  2. 麵條煮熟後,過溫水備用。
  3. 另起一鍋調湯汁,把一杯煮牛腱的原湯,一杯煮麵的湯,混在一起,再放入李錦記麻辣醬,李錦記辣椒油,和李錦記鮮味雞粉,調勻滾開後澆在麵條上,擺上蔬菜和牛肉即可。
