How to make it

  1. 蘋果切薄片,用檸檬汁加清水浸泡備用。
  2. 天貝切成5毫米厚(3 x 3厘米大小)的塊狀備用。
  3. 燒熱油鑊,下彩椒中火煎香盛起備用,再下切好的天貝,小火煎至兩面金黃,再下一半已拌匀的調味料炒勻盛起。
  4. 把天貝放在碟上,放上彩椒、蘋果和車厘茄,再掃上剩下的醬汁, 擺盤即可。
