How to make it

  1. 芋頭隔水蒸40分鐘壓成芋蓉,加入荔蓉調味料拌匀,再搓成每粒90克的圓狀備用。

  2. 南瓜肉切小件隔水蒸20分鐘用攪拌機攪成糊狀,加入調味料煮成湯

  3. 滾水把菠菜苗灼熟瀝水,再用圓型模具套成圓形放在碟中。

  4. 燒熱油把荔蓉炸成金黃色,再放在菜苗上,在旁邊淋上湯汁,撒上杞子即可。
