How to make it

  1. 瘦肉絲用料酒、李錦記熊貓牌鮮味蠔油、李錦記特級老抽、生粉抓勻,再放 1 湯匙油抓匀待用。
  2. 香菇洗淨泡軟切成細絲待用。
  3. 炒鍋倒1湯匙油燒熱後依次放入肉絲和香菇絲炒至變色,然後倒入清水並放入李錦記調味雞汁煮開。
  4. 麵條煮好後盛入大碗並撒點蔥花,倒入煮好的香菇肉絲雞湯拌勻即可食用。
