How to make it

  1. 先將雞翅洗淨抹乾水份,用醃料拌勻醃約 2 小時。將調味料拌勻備用。
  2. 再將其他材料加入雞翅內拌勻,將雞翅炸至金黃色至熟。取出瀝乾油份。
  3. 將拌好的調味料加入炸好的雞翅內,拌勻即可。
