How to make it

  1. 牛腩切塊,焯水,洗淨,瀝乾備用。白蘿蔔去皮,切滾刀備用。 
  2. 熱鍋熱油,爆香蔥,薑,放入牛腩煸炒至上色。放入陳皮,八角,桂皮,香葉,冰糖炒出香味。 
  3. 加入李錦記辣豆瓣醬,李錦記味極鮮特級醬油,花生醬,腐乳,料酒,炒勻。加水没過牛腩,火燒開轉小火燜煮一小時。 
  4. 放白蘿蔔塊,調入李錦記鮮味雞粉,再煮15分鐘即可。
