How to make it

  1. 將鱸魚去骨,用醃料醃製30分鐘。
  2. 將新鮮山藥丁蒸5分鐘;將薏米蒸20分鐘,備用。
  3. 用 2 湯匙預熱煎鍋。鍋內放油,將鱸魚煎至兩面金黃熟透。
