How to make it

  1. 將牛胸肉汆燙水,然後用醃料醃製至少30分鐘。
  2. 將馬鈴薯煎至金黃色,加入少許鹽,撈出備用。
  3. 熱鍋下油,將牛腩煎香,加入蔥、蒜和儲猴醬,炒香。加入熱水至完全淹過牛腩,然後加入冰糖和醬油調味。
  4. 燉煮1小時,然後加入土豆,燉至牛胸肉變軟。
  5. 將麵條用熱水燙至鬆散,然後放入冰水浴中浸泡。之後,再次用熱水燙一下,然後瀝乾,放在盤子上。
  6. 將牛腩和醬汁倒在麵條上即可食用。
