How to make it

  1. 魚翅瓜蒸熟取出瓜肉及去籽;撕開以叉取出10安士 熟瓜肉備用

  2. 瓜肉灼水,用芡汁煨5分鐘至入味,瀝水備用。

  3. 南瓜蓉加調味料煮滾備用

  4. 把瓜肉擺上碟,淋上南瓜汁,再撒上乾桂花擺盤即可。
