How to make it

  1. 先將李錦記特級鮮味生抽、薑蓉、清水、白米酒和白砂糖拌勻至白砂糖完全溶化,將雞腿肉原件泡入醃汁醃約2小時。
  2. 取出雞腿肉濾乾醃汁,放烤盤上,再放入預熱華氏400°度的烤箱內烤約20分鐘至金黃熟透,取出斬件上碟,淋上李錦記照燒淋醬灑上炒白芝麻。
  3. 西蘭花氽沸水約2分鐘作伴菜,配白飯伴食。
