Lee Kum Kee Mala Chili Sauce is an ideal soup base for hot pot and various “Mala” (numbing spicy) dishes.
Ingredients:
Salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), soybean oil, chili pepper powder, sugar, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers, sichuan pepper powder, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, spice.
