Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce is an all purpose gourmet condiment made from ingredients such as dried scallops, dried shrimp, chili peppers and spices. It is a delicious appetizer by itself as well as an excellent addition to all dishes.

Ingredients:

Soybean oil, dried shrimps ( Northern Mauxia shrimp) , dried scallops, salted chili peppers( chili peppers, salt), fermented broad bean paste( broad beans, water, salt, wheat flour), dehydrated garlic, sugar, yeast extract( yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, sugar), dried chili peppers.
