Classic Hong Kong style stir-fry sauce. Lee Kum Kee Original Stir-Fry Sauce is a time-saver in the kitchen, and is excellent with a variety of vegetables, meats, and starches.

Ingredients:

Sugars (sugar, glucose-­fructose (corn)), water, fermented soybeans paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, sherry cooking wine (sherry wine, salt, sulphites), modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, oyster extractives (oyster, water, salt), spices, sesame oil, soybean oil, distilled white vinegar, lactic acid, caramel colour, sodium benzoate.

Allergens:

Oyster, sesame, soybeans, sulphites, wheat.
