This simple baked salmon recipe takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. With just a few ingredients like Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce, you can make a tasty glaze that compliments the salmon perfectly.
It’s about easy prep and easy cook time with this recipe – keeping everything on one tray, including the veggies, means that everything cooks together with little to no fuss. The hoisin glaze can also take the time in the oven to do its magic, accenting the salmon with sweet umami flavors that will make this recipe one you’ll want to make time and time again!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (about 205 degrees Celsius). Place salmon filets onto foil and surround with veggies. Season all to taste.
Combine the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Premium Soy Sauce, Pure Sesame Oil, Seasoned Rice Vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Brush the hoisin glaze over the filets until fully coated.
Roast the salmon and veggies for 12-15 minutes, depending on desired doneness. 15 minutes should get the salmon to flake apart with a fork. To evenly cook the veggies, flip them once during the baking process.
Remove from oven and let rest for 4-5 minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and serving. Enjoy the baked hoisin glazed salmon!
