How to make it

In a sauce pan with oil, cook the ground beef. Add in onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the remainder of ingredients and bring mixture into a boil.
Then, simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
