Beef & Vegetable Stew

What You Will Need

How to make it
Place Dutch oven or large pot on the stove over medium/high heat. Add olive oil and let that heat up for a few minutes. Place meat down and quickly sear it for a few minutes on each side. Take out and set aside. 
Toss in chopped onion and cook down for 3-4 minutes. Then add the chopped carrots, diced celery and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Let that cook for another 5 minutes. Stirring often.
Add the red wine and let cook for a couple minutes. Then add the tomato paste, crushed red tomatoes, beef stock, parsley, thyme, bay leaves and the Panda Brand Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Give it a stir.
Add the quartered potatoes and put the meat back in to the pot. Cover and let cook on low heat for 3 hours. Stirring often. 
After 3 hours the stew should be thick and very flavorful. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl with a fresh baguette.
