In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, black pepper and 1 Tbsp. Premium Oyster Sauce. Whisk well and refrigerate. (mayo dip)
Heat oil in pan on high heat. Cook onions until caramelized. Add Soy Sauce and cook until heated through. Keep warm.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Chili Garlic Sauce and 1 Tbsp. Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. Mix well.
Divide meat into four individual portions. Roll into a ball and stuff each meatball with 1 Tbsp blue cheese. Flatten meat into five inches in diameter and 1.3 cm thick pieces.
Grill burger until fully cooked. Assemble burger with with onions and spinach. Dip mayo mix as desired.
