Because of the sweet and spicy nature of Lee Kum Kee's new Honey Sriracha Sauce, it can be used in both savory and sweet applications, like this bourbon smash cocktail recipe. 

 

There's a non-alcoholic version of this in the ingredients as well, so no matter how you like to enjoy it, you can savor the sweet and spicy flavors of this drink and see how well Honey Sriracha works in it for yourself!

How to make it

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bourbon (or non-alcoholic alternative), lime juice, Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, simple syrup and mango juice. 
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled. Strain.
  3. Strain the mixture into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
