A simple yet tasting Boxing Day recipe, this leftover sliders recipe maxes out the flavors of your holiday leftovers!
Transformed with the umami and earthy flavors of Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, its perfect with sweet and spicy Honey Sriracha Sauce on the side for dipping.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175 °C). Slice the entire sheet of rolls in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact (Do not separate into individual sliders).
Place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce over the bottom, layer with turkey tossed in Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, then pile on the stuffing. Top with the roll tops.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and heated through.
Serve hot with a side of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha for dipping.
