Pile them high on crispy loaded fries, melt over some cheese, and add a drizzle of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, and you've got a wonderland of textures and flavors that harmonize together beautifully. From the creamy spicy Sriracha Mayo to the crunch of the fries and juiciness of the shrimp, every bite of these Cajun shrimp loaded fries is a journey you'll be craving more of. How to make it

  1. Air Fry the Fries

    • Toss the frozen fries with vegetable oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
    • Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  2. Prepare Cajun Salt Mix

    • In a small bowl, combine ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of garlic powder, and black pepper.
    • Toss the raw shrimp with this Cajun salt mix to coat evenly.
  3. Cook the Shrimp

    • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic.
    • Add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

  4. Assemble the Fries:

    • Transfer fries to a serving bowl.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top
    • Top the cheesy fries with the sautéed shrimp.
    • Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo.
    • Garnish with green onions and a pinch of extra Cajun seasoning.
