How to make it

Mix chicken with marinade. Set aside.
Heat oil, sauté ginger and garlic. Add chicken, red pepper, and chestnuts. Toss well until done.
Stir in rice wine and cornstarch mixture. Cover pan and cook over low heat to thicken the sauce.
