This is a classic and essential longevity noodles recipe for your Lunar New Year get together, and the star is Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. The noodles take on all of the sweet and umami flavors of the oyster sauce, and when paired with Chili Crisp Oil for drizzling, you've got a flavor you won't want to stop slurping!

How to make it

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and bok choy and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
  3. Pour in the Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Oyster SauceLee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and ¼ cup of water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together, making sure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Garnish the noodles with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Oil and enjoy!
